Dylan Coke is a distinguished professional with a background in law and investment banking. He spent 8 years as an attorney specializing in commercial, litigation, and general legal matters before transitioning to investment banking. Dylan held positions as Head of Investment Banking at some of Jamaica’s largest investment houses and served as a board member of the Jamaica Stock Exchange. He has an expansive international network and educational background, including an LLB from the University of the West Indies and an LLM in International Banking & Financial Law from Boston University School of Law. Dylan's knowledge of capital markets and deal making along with his strategic thinking, leadership, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset in any business environment.

Ramon Pitter is a finance and strategic planning professional with a 20-year career leading asset management, investment banking and M&A initiatives across major international financial services & logistics companies. He has worked with prominent institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Ramon has also held significant positions in the Caribbean region, including Head of M&A for NCB Financial Group and Head of Investment Banking for NCB Capital Markets. He is a board member for several organizations and holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. With a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success, Ramon Pitter exemplifies excellence in the financial industry. His strategic acumen, diverse experience, and dedication to continuous growth make him a valuable asset to our clients at Calibre.

Adam Jones is a skilled legal professional with a diverse background in litigation, commercial practice, and corporate support. He was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2012 and the Jamaican Bar in 2013. He specialized in litigation and commercial matters and has experience in corporate legal support. He formerly served as Legal Counsel for the money services division of one of Jamaica’s largest conglomerates and held the position of General Manager of their real estate/properties subsidiary. Adam is also involved in the legal and arts communities and sits on the Assets and Property Committee of the Board of Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts. He has a well-rounded perspective and a solid foundation in legal principles, making him a valuable asset to our clients at Calibre.
